Eat What Grows - a Whole New Way of Eating
You will never diet again.

You will never need to eat another prepared calorie-controlled plastic and cardboard package of expensive simulated food,
you will never count another calorie or a point or a carb,
you will be able to eat out, eat with friends, cook or not cook
if you just follow this one simple rule:
Eat What Grows.
So. How?
Find a time when you can devote an hour to yourself in your kitchen.
Go through your cupboards and your refrigerator.
Pick up each box or bag or can or jar and ask yourself one question:
“Did this grow from the earth? Could I possibly have grown this myself?” (given gardening skill, time and inclination, a perfect climate, great soil, etc.)
If the answer is YES, keep it.
If the answer is NO, throw it out or give it away.
Also ask yourself before every bite you put in your mouth:
“Did this grow from the earth? Could I possibly have grown this myself?”
If the answer is YES, you can eat all you want of it.
ALL. YOU. WANT.
What will I eat?
Just about everything! Fruits, vegetables, grains, breads, salads, salsa, avocado, smoothies, popcorn, hummus, cereal...on and on and on. You can eat anything you can make that you could possibly have grown yourself.
What won’t I eat?
Factory-made junk and preservatives.
Can I really eat all I want?
Yes. Give yourself complete license to eat as much as you want whenever you want of absolutely anything that falls into this guideline. Eat until you are totally satisfied. Eat as often as you like. What you may find is that you might go crazy overboard the first week or so. Don’t worry about this. Do not count calories. After a short while, that little voice that says, “EAT NOW before the food is taken away!” will quiet down as your mind catches on that this food is always there and that there is no deprivation to follow.
Soon, you will find yourself craving these whole foods.
You will realize that you can trust yourself to eat whenever you are hungry as your mind is retrained crave the foods that truly nourish you, heart and soul.
